This joint project between Tamiya and EBBRO/MMP sees the Citroën 2CV Fourgonette make an appearance in the Tamiya line-up. Over a million examples of the vehicle, which was a small truck adaptation of the original 2CV and began production in 1951. The model with its large box rear section would prove the forerunner for a number of later vans built by a variety of automobile makers.
The model uses newly designed body parts manufactured by EBBRO/MMP and Tamiya chassis parts originally used in Item 24164 1/24 Citroën 2CV. Tamiya will distribute this product to the overseas market.
