The Flite test Bushwacker is based on the rugged design of a bush airplane, such as for example the Highlander. The Bushwacker is something between an aerobatic machine and a SSTOL (Super Short Take-Off and Landing) airplane. To use perfectly the extreme Super STOL characteristics, split the ailerons and create flaps (you will then need two more servos).
The FT Bushwacker is the perfect choice for beginners and experienced pilots. With the related RC components the model allows a wide range of aerobatic figures.

The kit

The package includes all the construction parts, excluding the RC components. The model weight is 525 grams and the wingspan is 1143 mm. The Bushwacker is made of the lightweight, stable and water-resistant FT Foam Board. The special foam material is covered with a coated paper. So thatthe model can be finished and painted according to your own preferences. The FT Bushwacker is part of the Swappable Series. Here the RC core can be easily exchanged. Assemble different RC setups to obtain different flight characteristics or power many models with the same RC core.

Recommended Accessories

For this Flite Test model we recommend a 6-channel transmitter, e.g. the Graupner mz-12. You gain maximum range and controll using the GR-12 receiver. Benefit from the favourable price of the Radio Control Set mz-12 with the GR-12L (No. S1002.12). The ESC Brushless Control SBEC with Telemetrie (No. 33718.XT60), completed with four digital Servos DES 281 (No. 7905) perfectly fit this model. Gain the maximum performance using the Brushless Motor ULTRA 2812 (No. S7056) and a 10 x 5 S-Prop (No. 2944.10X5). More recommendations below.
